jamesfrom17th, born and raised in tucson, az, is a natural approach photographer/videographer/editor. 

starting his career in early 2017, james first took photos  for his highschool’s year book. after graduating high school, he met mooq, kinko, and neo; who he would then start working with frequently. 

through meeting kinko, he met joey coleman. joey, a young, gifted designer, and james would commence working together on projects; capturing the clothes that joey would invent and sew in his room.

soon after that, he took a deep dive into the underground fashion and music scene in tucson in mid 2019. working with musician noface, owner nick arcade (black broccoli), stylist tommy d, and other bands and models; james became a household name in the tucson scene. 

with a gifted vision for collaring emotions, jamesfrom17th is committed to documenting the variability of life.
